A. 检查Application Protection的保护级别：
1. 打开IIS管理器。
2. Right-click Default Web Site and then choose Properties.
3. On the "Home Directory" table, there is a field called "Application Protection". 请您告诉我您的选项。
4.请您把这个选项更改为Low (IIS Process)然后检查错误是否仍然存在。

1. Launch Component Services on Control Panel -> Administrative Tools ->Component Services.
2. Double Click Component Services, Computers, My Computer and COM+ Applications.
3. Find "IIS Out-Of-Process Pooled Applications", right click it and select Properties.
4. In the Identity tab, set Account to "This user", click Browse, select the IWAM_[COMPUTERNAME] account.
5. Click OK, finish the configuration.
6. Launch Services on Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services.
7. Find the "Remote Precedure Call (RPC) service, right click and select Properties.
8. In the "Log On" tab, select the "Local System account".
9. Click OK, finish the configuration.
10.Restart the computer.
