感兴趣针对小型项目的RUP+XP的WEB实现的请进

按照psp、tsp、xp、rup对软件开发过程管理的经验，针对Web
环境和小型项目（不超过10人）进行裁剪，做一个基于Web的
管理工具，用于构造基于Internet的协同软件开发平台，为将来
开发成熟的商业软件打地基。

按照RUP的说法，我正在找一些workers来筹建这个项目。任何领域的stakeholders都是欢迎的。总而言之，我尝试用RUP+XP的方法论过程
来实现针对小型项目的基于WEB的RUP+XP。Rational Rose已经有了，
但我想应该是奇贵，并且不一定会对小型项目而有所裁剪。

没有想到有这么多的朋友关心和支持，我将在9月的第一周内，将我的Inception （Part I）邮给各位post mail地址的朋友们。在Part I我会体现我对Inception的一点研究心得：(考虑到项目未来的国际化问题我采用E文）

Combined with the methodologies of RUP and XP, the inception phase of this web project creates the following artifacts:

1. User Stories: They are in the format of about three sentences of text written by the customer in the customer’s terminology without techno-syntax. As sequences of brief vision documents, they might tell a general vision of the core project’s requirements, key features, and main constraints. Based on the different priorities, they are refined by stakeholders, then the outcome of requirements list is created and the process goes on to the next phase – elaboration and in the cycle of requirement management.

2. Risk Assessment: Figure out answers to tough technical or design problems. Address the problem under examination and ignore all other concerns. Build the simple small projects to reduce the potential risks.

3. Project Glossary: An initial project glossary makes all members of team communicate easily.

4. Use Case Model: An initial use-case model lists all primary use-cases and actors that can be identified at this early stage (10% to 20% complete).

5. Candidate Architecture Prototype: Synthesize and develop candidate architecture, evaluate trade-offs in design, and assess decisions so that cost, schedule, and resources can be estimated.

6. Project or Release Plan: Defines a method to negotiate a schedule everyone can commit to, which shows the phases and iterations.

想补充一句不知道是否是杂音？

我不大喜欢对理论过多地没有结论的摸索，如果我的第一个Iteration不理想，我会有第二个，第三个等等。但我想绝对是螺旋式上升而不断追求完美。实际上我的每一个Iteration就是我摸索过程中的一个结论，不停的修正将会到达最终的完美的成功。但目前的关键，就是我们的第一个Iteration的release version。

这个项目的初衷是，我曾经有几个共享软件的ideas，并希望找一些合作伙伴，但是苦于没有一个基于Internet的软件工程管理工具来管理而搁浅(sourceforge是基于opensource，其次它并没有什么过多软件工程的思路如Use-Case体现）。那为什么不先建一个这样的平台？理论上是可行的，实际上已经有了很多相关类似的产品（光bug track system for web就有无数），但除了rational和几个上市公司外，似乎没有一整套方案提供者，但rational并没有针对Internet的小团队开发作裁减。正是天将降大任。

最近读到关于人的成功的一段话很受启发，望进楼驻足的朋友们共勉：

多谢kenshin_xp(剑心)的信息，我以前曾经在sourceforge上查过，可能关键词不对，没找到相关的工具。我大致浏览了一下http://xplanner.sourceforge.net/index.html
基本上从工具集合（如一些track机制及界面）的角度上来看，完全基于XP的XPlanner提供的不错。但是我始终认为RUP也是一个不错的process。我认为use-case的抽象是目前软件工程过程的一个非常重要的环节，缺少对他的支持实在是一种遗憾。所以我想强调的是RUP+XP，而实际上我在RUP上花了更多的时间。不管怎样，我会认真详细跟踪XPlanner的具体细节，以便用到我的项目中去。在此感谢。
