System.Drawing.Graphics does not have a DrawPoint or DrawPixel or SetPixel method, but you could try the simple way, use its FillEllipse() method with small width/height, or you can go the complicated way, create a Bitmap with width/height of 1, use Bitmap's SetPixel method, then call Graphics.DrawImage method to draw the Bitmap onto the screen
