修改配置文件
把number of devices值改大，改成20

Sybase文件夹下的 服务名.cfg

可以在SybaseCentral中在相应的服务上点击右键，选择Configure，在Server Configuration中找到number of device，根据需要增加其value值。

在SybaseCentral中,没有显示任何服务，所以找不到Configure。

在sybase 文件夹下 的服务名.cfg修改了设备数为20，但还是不好使。

需要重启机器的吧？

机器重启了。在服务里还是起不来。 提示windows 内部错误。。

sybase 日志还是如上。
