weblogic集群配置问题

我按dev2dev文档资料配置weblogic集群

按步骤配置下去，测试proxy应用都可以打出结果出来

但是为什么访问
http://134.128.158.19:7080/index.jsp
http://134.128.158.19:7003/index.jsp
http://134.128.158.19:7005/index.jsp

都是一直在请求连接状态，无法打开页面
（
注：控制台上面Context Root: (No Value Assigned)
所以在路径上面有没有加应用目录都是同样的效果
）

index.jsp里面只是
<%
out.println("ok");
system.out.println("ok");
%>
