Experience
WEB development for at least 2 years or one major project.
Team work experience is required and marked as a MUST.

Required (must have)

* HTML, XHTML standards
* JavaSCRIPT (AJAX, HttpRequest)
* Cross Browser support programming
* Databases (Structure and usage)
* Linux / Unix
* Server side programming (section 2)

Advantage (appreciated)
* WEB2.0 UI driven programming
* Interface Design
* CSS2.0
* XML, XSL, XSLT
* SQL statements
* System Engineering
* Operation Systems and Platforms usage.

Professional Abilities
Human Relations
The new recruit must be ready to invest most of his time at the beginning in learning how to use
Rails the right way.
This person should be able to cope with others in a teamwork structure.

Server Side Programming in at least one of the following
* LISP
* Python
* SmallTalk
* PHP
* Ruby (Huge Advantage)
