使用webpart有什么要求？

必须得有sqlserver2005吗？
我使用webpart后报错如下：

运行以下aspnet_regsql.exe 试一下，貌似你的asp.net没有在sql中注册

必须在本机上装sqlserver吗？我运行了aspnet_regsql.exe也没用！
请各位老大帮忙看看呀！另外你们的开发环境是怎样的？
我的是vwd2005，win2000,.net2.0
请问这个问题和开发环境有关系吗？比如说win2000需要打倒第几个补丁？
