#pragma message问题

根据MSDN的说明#pragma message可以将一个宏展开为字符串。

#define WINVER 0x0500
#pragma message(WINVER)

得到下面的错误信息：
d:\program files\microsoft visual studio\vc98\include\windows.h(42) : warning C4081: expected 'string'; found 'constant'

试了一下，好像只能展开6个ANSI预定义宏。其他的好像无效，是这样吗？
