feel confused with DNS IP

Hi all,
sorry,I don't have suitable Chinese input way,so I write english(my english so bad ,so don't laugh at me,I'm asking your question with honorable).
question descrption below:
I just install a virtual pc ,add it into domain ,
first on virtural pc,I run "ping pc_bios_name" command
it shows the result of command :12.12.12.12(ip address)
then I run "ping pc_bios_name on another machine"
It show the result of command :13.13.13.13(ip address)
I think maybe DNS catch is not updated on time
it's inconsistent ,
so can you understand what I said , how can I deal with it?
