Global leader in SaaS products looking for an experienced SFDC (salesforce.com) CRM administrator to be based in Shanghai. MNC with offices and users around the world to support offers an exciting opportunity for the right person to be part of a growing company!

Responsibilities

?Maintain current system configuration and support/maintain our existing Salesforce.com instance

?Provide ongoing support to the business users. Develop and deliver training materials on Salesforce.com-related processes for business and operations users.

?Assist management in the creation and modification of reports and dashboard.


Requirements/Experience

?1+ years experience with Salesforce.com or a combination of Salesforce.com and other CRM platforms with experience in configuration, customization and reporting.

?Solid understanding of accounts, leads, opportunities, and contacts.

?Strong business process, analytical and problem solving skills.

?Strong working knowledge of relational databases design concepts and data management. Experience with data warehouses and reporting tools a major plus.

?Knowledge of sales and marketing processes and organizations with the ability to effectively communicate with and train field users and sales management.

?Strong team player with service-oriented attitude.
