要求加入的程序员：
1、有充分的业余时间
2、有3年以上的编程经验
3、具备VC、DELPHI、ORACLE、SQL、DCOM和ATL技术经验
4、热衷于自己的程序员事业
5、有非常好的团队精神
6、在上海工作

目前具体接触的项目为：
(1) schema design, (2) the implementation of stored
procedures and triggers, and (3) optimization / tuning
techniques for Oracle systems, in addition to many
other skills. The applications are programed using
system-structured and object-oriented methodologies.
Developers need experience with client-server system
design and programing both applications and software
modules in C and especially C++.
