HELP ME!一个关于CISCO WORKS2000的问题?

我安装了CISCO WORKS2000（英文版NT SERVER4。0，IE5。0，SP6）
我用的是CISCO WORKS2000 CD ONE，就这一张盘吗？

但ANI SERVER却不能出现在左侧菜单中，不知是安装的问题，还是我还要装些其它的包？

我用self test看了一下，好像是数据库出了问题
