我下载的最新版本的rational为什么不能运行？？？？

运行的时候出现以下错误：
The license key template file, templates.ini is missing or damaged. In order for licensing to continue this file must be restored from the original install media

OK,现在已经解决了，原来是缺少两个文件：
c:\docume~1\alfal\locals~1\Temp\RSLicTemp\licadmin.exe
c:\docume~1\alfal\locals~1\Temp\RSLicTemp\Templates.ini
两个文件，拷贝文件就可以了，呵呵
