紧急求助电脑专家，98系统开机后出现WINDOWS98时自动关机问题！

前天，一同事删驱动程序，好象删了个USB2程序。电脑重启时他一直按NumLock键。后来电脑就不正常了。 一开机，几秒后，出现WINDOWS98时就自动关机。按F8，进选择界面。进安全模式也自动关机。选择Command Prompt Only,还没输入命令，电脑就出现了如下乱码：

ehiklmnopqrstuvwxyz{i}。。。（省略了，太复杂）
选择进SaFe Mode Command Prompt Only 就可以输入一写命令，输入：scanreg/restore,出现下列提示：
check your registry.

Not enough memory

make sure that you have a HIMEM.sys file on the disk from whice you are starting your computer,and then restart using the "Command Prompt Only"option.

选择 step_by_step confirmation出现下面提示：

process your startup command file(Autoexec.bat)

接着出现乱码：

楼上的仁兄，能不能说的详细一点。俺对DOS不洞，怎样去掉？ 电脑一开就死机，怎么杀毒？

然后就可以看到那几行了

去掉看看

内存不足，也有可能是感染了病毒

mem /p 看看把，看看有那些进程，内存消耗情况如何

建议还是杀杀毒
