Job Description: Sr. Applications Software Engineer
Requirements
As applications software engineer you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our Bluetooth communication stack for PC. In the protocol stack, you will focus on connection management, resource management, security procedures, power management and bandwidth allocation. You will be working closely with the team members responsible for the layers interfacing to your layer.
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5 years or more of experience.
- Good knowledge and experience of state machine driven protocol implementations in mobile devices.
- Good knowledge and experience of protocol stacks and wireless communication systems debugging.
- Experience with Windows applications development and using Microsoft MFC and .NET.
- Good knowledge of C/C++ on Microsoft Windows.
- Team player with good communication skills.

- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 2 years or more of experience.
- Experience with testing wireless communication systems is a must.
- Good knowledge of how to diagnose, debug, and describe system test failures.
- Experience with embedded systems containing a SoC.
- Experience with Bluetooth protocols and profiles is a plus.
- Team player with good communication skills.

至少说明一下有什么能力把
做ASP.NET快两年了，在我看来C#稍微有点薄弱，前台那些web开发的东西还是比较强的
在以前的公司基本上也是挑大梁的，从需求分析到编码基本都是一个人搞定，能力方面应该是没有问题的。
