Senior SW engineer (>10K/month):
1. Theory requirement: MUST be familiar with the philosophy of wireless protocol design NOT ONLY focus on stack level, but also have the clear idea of the communication software design, such as traffic control, congestion control, timer response control thinking in Telecom SW development and so on. You should be familiar with most of them: TCP/UDP/GSM/GPRS/CDMA/WiMAX/WiFi and so on; Abundant hardware knowledge is highly expected.
2. You also need have well-knit digital signal design background and familiar with ARM design.
3. Education background: bachelor/master in Telecom or computer associated field.
4. Experience requirement: MUST have 5+ years wireless, ARM development experience; MUST have 2~3 years leadership experience to organize 10+ persons team.
5. Familiar with C/C++/Linux and embedded system development.
