Responsibilities:
 Responsible the Design& Development of TD-SCDMA RNC O&M
Requirements:
 Bachelor and above required
 Be familiar with the development environment of Unix and windows OS
 Be familiar with the development environment of Database, such as SQL server of ORACLE etc.
 Be familiar with RTOS such as VXworks etc.
 Working experience on O&M development of telecom equipment of Network Management Software development.

Responsibilities:

Position: Software Test Engineer
Responsibilities:
 Responsible for RNC test design & test execution
Requirements:
 Master or Bachelor degree, Major in Telecommunication, computer Software, electronic engineering
 Have Computer science, electronic communication, telecom or test related educational background and working experience
 Be familiar with the software engineering & software test tech.
 Be familiar with the Windows OS and Database such as SQL server or ORACLE etc
 Be familiar with C / C++, Java language etc
 Working experience on software development or software test, prefer to have experience on telecom equipment or Network Management Software development or load test
 Methods Knowledge in management of software development process


Requirements:
 Master degree or above in telecommunications, electrical engineering or similar.
 Familiar with 3GPP protocol on PHY/MAC/RLC/RRC (TD-SCDMA LCR preferred)
 Familiar with RRM algorithms
 At least 1+ year experience in system level simulation
 good know-how in modeling and simulation methodology
 Strong programming skill in C or C++
 Good teamwork spirit and communication skill.
 Familiar with OPNET is a plus
