Serial0 is up, line protocol is down

使用show interface s0后，出现如上的问题，把路由器重起后，倒好了，但是过一段时间后，自己又不行了，再重起但过段时间又不行了。型号思科1700，中间用的是E1 V.35Z转换器，到底是哪的问题
