较大数据量对比查询的问题

两个表A,B
A的结构：title,auhtor,flag
B的结构：title,author,...
A、B的数据量分别为50万和60万条。两者的title字段自身都可能有重复。

需要查询A中的title如果在B的title存在，就将flag置为1。请问如何高效率的做？
