To resolve this problem, remove the Works in Word Suite Add-in. To do this, follow these steps.
After you remove the Works in Word Suite Add-in, Word may not be available from the Works Task Launcher.
NOTE: Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps.
1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
3. Click Microsoft Works in Word Suite Add-in, and then click Change/Remove.
4. Click OK to confirm the removal.
5. Click Close.
6. Restart your computer.
