Recruiting Information as Follows:

Position A: Developer x 5

Job Responsibilities:
Interact with project managers to quickly formulate project plan and monitor the execution of the plan.
Interact with business analysts to quickly understand programming requirements, resolve related technical issues.
Be able to plan and schedule development work, conduct unit testing, and conduct code review.
Works closely with the Quality Engineering team to attain high level of quality standard in software development.

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and structured software development practices.
Demonstrate in-depth understanding and skills in database and SQL languages.
Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge or experience with Microsoft ASP.Net and C# is a plus.
Telecom system implementation experience is preferred.
Good communication skills.

Position B: QA Engineer x 3

Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, maintain, and implement test plans, scenarios and scripts for enterprise process manufacturing software.
Work with development team to clarify any issues raised during the test.
Certify products for customer use.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years experience in a development/QA role.
Experience in creating comprehensive test plans, scripts or technical documents.
Demonstrated experience in developing a test strategy and achieving robust test designs.
Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle and structured software development practices.
Knowledge of telecom system or business intelligence software or testing methodologies is a plus.
Good written and spoken English skills.
Strong communications skills, detail oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment.
Experience of test automation considered a plus.

Additionally, we need experienced UI designers being good at Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash and etc.

今天刚好是在我现在呆的公司试用期到期，可是正式合同还不想签。

原因实在搞不懂：公司肯签两年合同，每月6K。我想签一年（一点是不怎么欣赏公司的制度，另一点是与之前面试说的岗位差太多了。），公司竟然说签一年只肯4K！

给了理由：应届毕业生！(有好的理由，3K我也干。)

我问LEADER，我接受公司以应届生条件开的工资，在TEAM中我就只承担一个应届生所应完成的工作任务行吗？LEADER说那当然不行。。。。。。


应届毕业生真的差了？差的话就不要让我在这TEAM中还得去教他们怎么做事情了，就不要我教他们，LEADER再向他们请教了。。。


决定不签合同了，可又不想这么快找工作。楼上的明年还招人不？
