电脑不是一般的蓝屏怎么办？

我朋友的电脑在用的时候总是出现这样的问题：电脑突然蓝屏。蓝屏后屏幕上有如下字幕：
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer .if this screen appears again ,follow these steps:
check to be sure you have adequate disk space .if a driver is identified in the stop message,disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates Try changing video adapters.
check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing .if you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.

也有可能是内存的问题，有的时候加了一条和原来不一类型的内存，就会出现蓝屏。最好用同一类型的内存！

是的电脑是新的吗？如果不是 清清 灰，从新插一次 。 在看看好不好用。
那些英文是没有用的。无论什么情况下蓝屏都是一样的显示，你是看不出问题的。
