Godaddy的空间，NET2.0下发送E-mail失败问题

做了一个网站，有在线发送邮件的功能，即SMTP的转发。
我用.net2.0框架提供的System.Net.Mail发送邮件失败而在本地没问题

放在其它几个空间提供的服务器上能够成功发送邮件。
请大家帮我看看，分不多
但放在Godaddy的空间后，就不能成功，出现错误的原因如下：
