The trigger must have a event operating the db object to trigger it, The timer is can not rise trigger, unless u add a job doing some act for db,then U can use the trigger to trigger your 'delete ...'

I think u should create a job,not a trigger
U can get help form online help about use sp_add_job
also,u can do it in EM.
