WIN2000 Server SP3 不能啟動DCOM ， Exchange server也就有問題了，如何重新啟動DCOM

WIndows事件檢閱器提示：
嘗試啟動 DCOM 伺服器時，存取被拒。伺服器是:
{9DA0E106-86CE-11D1-8699-00C04FB98036}
使用者是 SYSTEM/NT AUTHORITY，SID=S-1-5-18。

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, set all three of the following SharePoint Portal Server services to Manual before you install the MDAC 2.7 update.

MSExchangeIS
MSSearch
MSDMServ

After you have finished installing the MDAC 2.7 update, reset the services that are listed in this section to Automatic, and then restart SharePoint Portal Server.

因為昨天突然停電我不在,服務器Down掉，今天回來就有問題了。
