1.我在Win2000系统中装了Oracle8.1.7，当数据库是专用服务器模式时，在客户端配置网络服务名没有任何问题，如果数据库是共享服务器模式时，在客户端配置网络服务名时就会出现以下错误：
正在连接...ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist
测试未成功。并且网络是畅通的，连接用户scott/tiger也存在。请帮帮忙。
难道多线程服务与客户端的配置有关

在hosts中加：
IP*.***.***.*** hostsname

tnsnames.ora 配对应行

try tnsping aliasname in the client
look at the listener.log in the server , is there any error informations ?

Change Host name to IP --->

ORA-12545 Connect failed because target host or object does not exist

Cause: The address specified is not valid, or the program being connected to does not exist.

Action: Ensure the ADDRESS parameters have been entered correctly; the most likely incorrect parameter is the node name. Ensure that the executable for the server exists (perhaps "oracle" is missing). If the protocol is TCP/IP, edit the TNSNAMES.ORA file to change the host name to a numeric IP address and try again.

谢谢各位，我连接专用服务器模式时是可行的，证明网络是畅通的，连接应该没有问题，把主机名修改为IP地址也不能连接

我用tnsping 服务名也是正常的，一旦连接就出现上面的错误
