moveTo Method:
Moves the upper-left corner of the element to the specified location for the moveable behavior
moveBy Method:
Moves the screen position of the window by the specified iX and iY offset values.

moveTo 是绝对位置，就是说x,y代表着是屏幕的位置。
moveBy是相对位置，x,y代表着是移动以后距离它现在的位置。
moveBy是相对位置，x,y代表着是移动以后距离它现在的位置。
