Powerpoint关闭错误，急！！！

各位大虾：
我打开某个幻灯片后，在关闭Powerpoint时出现以下错误：“Powerpoint发现无法更正的错误，您必须保存演示文稿，退出程序，然后重新启动Powerpoint。”而我点击确定后，文稿关闭。但此时无法再次打开Powerpoint。使用“Ctrl+Alt+Del”复合键查看任务管理器，发现Powerpoint并未关闭，选择结束任务后才关闭，此时则可以再运行Powerpoint，而关闭时仍出现上述错误。我重新安装了Office，仍然如此。请各位指教。

楼主可使用专用的卸载软件―Office 2000 File and Registy Eraser，

它是由微软特意制作的专业卸载工具（若是2000的话）。

不然也可以卸掉原来的OFFICE，再装个其它的版本来打开，看行不行！

查过毒了，没有感染任何病毒，也许是系统问题，可是我实在不想重装系统，好麻烦，我机器了装了很多软件，都得重装。还是希望各位帮我先排除其他原因。谢谢！

这个问题可能是由下面的原因引起的：

1. 安装了Norton防病毒的Office add-in。

2. 注册表键值坏掉了。

建议使用下面的方法：

步骤一：去掉Norton的add-in:
==================

Norton AntiVirus 2000
------------------------

1. Click Start, and then click Run.

2. In the Open box, type one of the following commands, including the quotation marks, as appropriate for your operating system and software, and then click OK.

- Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows 98 with Norton AntiVirus installed:

"Regsvr32 -U "C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\OfficeAV.dll"" (without the quotation marks)

- Windows 95 or Windows 98 with SystemWorks installed:

"Regsvr32 -U "C:\Program Files\Norton SystemWorks\Norton AntiVirus\OfficeAV.dll"" (without the quotation marks)

- Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 or Microsoft Windows 2000 with Norton AntiVirus installed:

"Regsvr32 -U "C:\Program Files\Navnt\OfficeAV.dll"" (without the quotation marks)

3. If the command is successful, you will see the following message:

DllUnregisterServer in C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\OfficeAV.dll succeeded.

You have disabled the add-in program. You do not have to go to step 4.

If the command is not successful, the path to the OfficeAV.dll file may be incorrect. Continue with steps 4 through 9.

4. Click Start, click Search, and then click "All Files and Folders".

5. In the "All or part of the file name" box, type "officeav.dll" (without the quotation marks).

6. In the "Look in" box, click Local Hard Drives.

7. Click Search. When the results are returned, note the path to the OfficeAV.dll file.

8. Click Start, and then click Run.

9. In the Open box, type the following command, including the quotation marks, where <path> is the path to the OfficeAV.dll file, and then click OK: "Regsrv32 -u "<path>\officeav.dll"" (without the quotation marks)

Norton AntiVirus 2001
---------------------

1. Start Norton AntiVirus.

2. On the Options menu, click General.

3. In the "Microsoft Office 2000 plug-in" section, click to clear the "Enable plug-in" check box.

4. Click OK, and then quit Norton AntiVirus.

Norton AntiVirus 2002
---------------------

1. Start Norton AntiVirus.

2. On the Options menu, click Miscellaneous.

3. In the "How to keep Microsoft Office documents protected" section, click to clear the "Enable Office plug-in" check box.

4. Click OK, and then quit Norton AntiVirus.

步骤二：删注册表的键值：
================

删除注册表下的

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0

如果使用Office 2002，请删除

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0
