如何自动生成邮件?

我的网页上是统计流量的,有ip地址,流量,和相应的邮件地址.

点一下后面的邮件地址就会自动弹出outlook等写邮件的程序.

问:
如何在点邮件地址,弹出的程序里自动写上内容?
比如自动写上

hi test,
流量是xxxxxx
请注意.


然后我只要按发送就可以了.
