This depends on you task. If you system has few interface with other systems, then I think 3:5:2.5 is OK. If it has lots faces with others systems then it may changed to 3:5:5. In one of the company I worked for, the testing work is divided into 7 parts:
unit test
software test
system test
performance test
integration test
large network test
user acceptance test
We can't control the whole life cycle. But at least you should but 1/4 of your energy in testing. The requirement analysis and project management effort is not included.
