串口双机互联问题

完全按照相关文档做的
用其他工具测试过，串口线在两台机器间是可以传数据的。
3芯串口线和9芯的都用过
两边的参数设置的都相同（否则两边也不能传数据）。速率从高到低都试过。
操作系统都是win2000
bios中的中断自动试过，手工也设置过。

问题：拨号从来没有拨通过（根本没到身份认证的地方），并且我用他工具测试接收客户端拨号时传来的数据，什么也没有收到过。

操作系统是windows2000,同98和NT不同。
因为开发Symbian的模拟器必须能过Ras才能测试socket，手册上提供了用串口线在机器的com1拨号连接com2的方法把模拟器接入据局域网。

3. Setting up RAS on Windows 2000
Note: Administrator rights are required to carry out the configuration.

Select Start->Settings->Network and Dial-up Connections->Make New Connection to get the screenshot shown below. If this utility has not been used before, a 'Local Information' dialog will also be displayed. If this occurs, enter appropriate local information and select OK. This results in the 'Phone And Modem Options' dialog being displayed. Select 'Cancel' from this dialog before proceeding.


Select 'Next', then 'Connect directly to another computer' to get the following screenshot:

To start the RAS service select 'Administrative Tools' from the Control Panel, then select 'Services', then 'Routing and Remote Access' to get the following:

在系统服务中打开对应的路由和远程存取服务。
Right click and select 'Start' to start the service (if it is not already started).
4. Testing the RAS configuration
As a 'sanity' check, rasphone can be used to check the configuration.
测试ras配置。
To test the RAS service, select Start->Run and type
rasphone

a dialog is presented (assuming no previous entries exist):
在起始菜单中运行里面输入:rasphone

Select 'OK', then 'Connect directly to another computer' from the resulting dialog to get:

Select 'Next' and then COM1 (the emulator defaults to use this port) to get the following:

Select 'Next' and then 'Only for myself' to get the following:

Select 'Next' to get the following:


Select 'Finish' and then 'Direct Connection' from the resulting dialog to get the following:

Select 'OK' on this dialog and 'OK' on the one behind it. Now select 'Dial' from the dialog in step 4.6 and then enter 'rasuser' for username and password to get the following:

Select 'Connect' and after a few seconds, a connection will be established and the following dialog presented:
选连接，我就在这边怎么也连不上了。
This proves that RAS has been correctly configured and that the emulator should be able to connect through it.
