windows 2000 AS 中DNS设置问题

我在一台windows 2000 AS上安装了一个DNS服务器，上面还没有做域名解析，只是指定了一个转发地址，在客户端使用时出现以下结果：

为什么会有第一条
DNS request timed out.
timeout was 2 seconds.

我用其他地方的域名服务器没出现过这种情况，何解？

应为您的dns服务器没有在internic或其他定级域名注册机构登记过，所以会出现这种情况。
