我在IBM的网站上注册了一个用户，登录后下载db2 v8，为什么会出现如下提示？？？？

DB2的个人开发版是免费的。

因为美国禁止向8个国家出口产品和技术，限制向25个国家出口产品和技术，所以要对你的申请加以审核。等几天就可以下载了。
