救命：The dynamic link library is not written correctly

机器不知道怎么会事情，ie, vb, sqlserver 等等等几乎所有microsoft应用程序启动的时候都会弹出下面这些文字来，就算我重头安装，到某个环节的时候也都不可避免的撞上这个东西。我进csdn来发这个贴，它已经出现了不下10次了，非常郁闷恼火呀，关键是重装都不行？内存问题？以前都好好的呀，再说别的机器包ɡ服务器也出现这种问题了，病毒？我有次安装完全本地化没装网络也这样，天呀，为了这，我已折腾快两天了。救命呀。什幺问题，怎幺解决呀？
