请教。apache问题

事件查看器中的提示：

用的是xampp。系统是win2003. 目前apache死活启动不起来。之前修改过ip地址。但是目前已经全部修改回来了。由于初接触 所以不知道怎么解决。请问有人可以帮忙解决一下吗？

用xampp启动apache。就提示
busy
apache service started
