分享求smith-waterman算法的串行和并行实现
毕业设计要做多核系统上的多线程优化,准备使用smith-waterman算法来做说明,但是不知道现在经典的实现方法是什么样的,害怕会做多余的工作,希望哪位大侠能提供一份smith-waterman算法的串行c或c++实现,和并行实现源代码,最好是openmp的,mpi也可,不胜感激. Email:pengfei.qiu@yahoo.com.cn
