关于Server Application Unavailable问题

服务器环境是

windows 2000 + IIS 5 + sql server 2000 + framework 1.1 + framework 2.0

现在遇到的问题是，程序上传后，在IIS属性中ASP.NET设置2.0，则提示的错误是

Server Application Unavailable
The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable. Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry

your request.

Administrator Note: An error message detailing the cause of this specific request failure can be found in the application event log of the web server. Please

review this log entry to discover what caused this error to occur.

网上找到的答案是因为安装了1.1和2.0，他们公用了一个应用程序池，所以我想新建一个新的应用程序池，但现在遇到的新的问题，就是IIS 5似乎不能创建新的应用程序池？请问

IIS 5下面如何创建程序池呢？

我尝试着把1.1删除，只有2，可是还是同样的错误！最让我奇怪的是，我用XP下面安装了IIS 5和framework 2.0，然后运行程序，居然能正常显示，没有任何问题，请问这个问题

该怎么解决？

iis 5 不能创建应用程序池，那我只能使用通过删除framework 1.1了，怎么才能彻底清除1.1呢？

一般重启下iis就可以了

我删除了1.1，也重启了IIS，还是出现同样的问题，还是上面的
Server Application Unavailable
错误
