Position: Senior Java Engineer/Consultant （Java Core）
Key skill needed:
jdk1.4-1.5 core and design pattern/mvc design pattern. He/She must very excellent on writing and debugging the JDK or JVM Core Code under a large/complex J2EE system.

Primary responsibilities:
• Collaborate with application teams related to core module design
• Develop and analyze test framework for automating feature testing.
• Lead and interact with Development teams to resolve code drags.
• Develop and implement processes to automate and facilitate ways to proactively find any of the preceding deficiencies.
• Analyze and recommend tools to help with any of the preceding responsibilities.

Additional Responsibilities will include:
• Documentation of best practices and creation of knowledge base
• Facilitating Problem Diagnosis and Resolution
• Add unit tests for specific features
• Familiar with JProbe, JUnit, Maven2, Ant
• Good experience at optimize and configure large/complex J2EE system

Requirements:
• 5+ years of large scale, full life cycle development experience at large website.
• 2+ years experience with oracle development. Must be familiar with the SQL/PLUS.
• 4-5 years working experience in jdk coding with the “JVM Core Mechanism”.
• Excellent English communication skills with both non-technical designers and software
• Knowledge on front-side technical like jsp/javascript/ajax(nice to have).

• Experience with source control systems (Rational ClearCase) and bug management (Rational ClearQuest) or other similar enterprise tools.
• Experience in globalization and localization a plus.
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Design, or related discipline
