分享WEB经常出冒出问题“此页无法显示”，好像是我升级了WINDOWS一个INTERNET EXPLORER造成的，怎么解决啊？

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.
To check your connection settings, click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Connections tab, click Settings. The settings should match those provided by your local area network (LAN) administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
See if your Internet connection settings are being detected. You can set Microsoft Windows to examine your network and automatically discover network connection settings (if your network administrator has enabled this setting).
Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
On the Connections tab, click LAN Settings.
Select Automatically detect settings, and then click OK.
Some sites require 128-bit connection security. Click the Help menu and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength security you have installed.
If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.
Click the Back button to try another link.

查看网络连接、网络设置是否正确，你是用你说的电脑在上CSDN吗？如果是，那就应该没什么问题··
也可能是IE浏览器升级时出错了或者你的电脑里有恶意插件，
用360等查杀工具检测恶意，将IE卸载重装，也可以换个浏览器。
除IE外的其他浏览器推荐：Firefox、Safari、Netscape、Opera、Mozilla、Microsoft Pocket IE、PSP Internet Browser 、Danger Web Browser 、WebTV Internet Terminal 、WebTV Plus Receiver 、Blazer、Konqueror、Maxthon、Greenbrowser、世界之窗、腾讯TT浏览器。。。很多选择

装个Firefox看看能不能打显IE不能显示的网页？

卸掉IE重新安装试试，也可以先换个浏览器比如FireFox等试一下是不是网站有问题
