关于语音聊天程序请教(请各为大虾帮帮忙,关系到饭碗问题)(分数我只有49,全给了)

现在公司要写一个网络游戏。里边要有语音聊天的功能。
客户机基于windows平台,开发语言是C++ Builder.
服务器基于linux平台,
怎样做啊。
大家有没有什么好的思路提供啊。

我想知道有没有语音方面的控件可以用。
