分享【招聘】美国IT公司招聘Web开发软件工程师
【公司背景】
美国纽约的IT公司NesTECH，成立于1998年，主要从事IT应用软件的开发。
【招聘缘由】
公司计划在中国招聘2-3名软件工程师，与国外工程师一起开发一个新的Web应用项目。目前这个项目已经启动，而且在世界多个国家有开发工程师一起工作。
【基本要求】
计划招聘的软件工程师可以以SOHO的方式在家办公，最好能够全职。要求为人诚实守信；有24小时的上网条件；英语听说读写能力良好。
【说明】
本人不是猎头公司，也不是搞外包的。本人作为开发人员已经参与这个项目了，现在需要寻找更多的合作开发者。这是一个极好的与国外工程师协同工作的机会，可以锻炼英语的听说能力，同时与国外工程师交流开发经验。具体薪酬需要和美国老板面议。以下是英文招聘的具体要求。

We are New York based IT and Application Development Company looking for Software engineers specialize in .NET environment.
Project is mainly focused on Developing Remote backup application, Customer Relation Management and Billing System.
Preferred knowledge areas are; Advanced encryption technology (public key and symmetric key cryptography), file transfer, delta block stripping from a file, file compression.
Successful candidate will create applications in VC++ /.NET/C#. Key responsibilities will include:
◆ Develop Remote Backup Application for Windows and Linux system
◆ Develop backup Agent applications for Various product such as MS Exchange (standard and brick level backup agent), MS SQL, ORACLE, Lotus Notes etc.. Experience with reading/writing to them.
◆ Develop/improve Billing and customer management system.
The following knowledge, preferably in expert level, is highly desirable:
◆ 3-4 years of experience in Visual C++, C#, ASP and SQL
◆ Knowledge of API Functions, data Backup, Replication, Remote copy, etc.
◆ Strong analytical/problem solving, testing and debugging skills
◆ Proficient communication skills in English
General requirements:
◆ Object Oriented Design, knowledge of API Functions and Analysis skills
◆ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
◆ Highly self-motivated and directed
◆ Knowledge of internet resources, sites, code warehouses and etc.
◆ Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
◆ Strong technical aptitude, excellent work ethic and great attitude
◆ Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
◆ High quality internet connection.
