mysql php phpmyadmin陪出现问题

今天安装在windows中启动mysql服务，可以启动但总自己就停止了，并且apache也是这样，
弄不弄就stop了，需要再次start，当两个都启动后，
在phpmyadmin页测试提示、
错误
MySQL 返回：

#2003 - 服务器没有响应
原来搭环境没有这么多问题的，用的是xp系统

操作的过程中弄不弄就自动停止了，这是日至，关于apache的，mysql我搞定了
