从windows2000高级服务器版DC 到windows2003server标准版本的域迁移问题

我公司原有windows2000高级服务器版DC，已经用了六七年了，AD里面垃圾数据越来越多，数据库的查询性能越来越差。

尝试在此基础上直接升级成windows2003server，结果提示windows安装不支持升级安装。

尝试用admt域迁移工具迁移DC到新域（新DC安装windows2003server标准版）。迁移不成功，具体错误提示已经忘记了。原来windows2000在以前装过exchanger server2000，还没有卸载完全。而且即使这样成功完成，每台客户端都要重新加过新域，挺麻烦。原来的容器等等还不知道能不能用，在文件服务器上设的文件夹权限能不能保存下来，也不肯定！

尝试讲原来的DC进行域扩展，使新装的windows2003server能 成为其额外的域控制器，然后降级DC，使windows2003server能接替其工作。这个也是我认为最佳解决办法了，但在2000DC上的windows2003server的I386目录下进行adprep /forestprep 和 adprep /domainprep时，出错。我把我的dcdiag和netdiag的内容贴出来，希望哪位高人能指点迷津啊！
