是不是JAVA_HOME系统变量没设置

JAVA_HOME: jdk的目录不要带bin
path:这里加如%JAVA_HOME%\bin;

你把jboss-4.2.3.GA\server\default\lib下的javaee.jar文件删掉就OK了! 这个文件可能是你外挂的jar文件!
