乱码问题比较麻烦,普通的还比较好解决,比如写过滤器、文件的类型统一、编码转换等等如楼上所说的,一般是可以解决的,除非你系统有问题或出错了。用ajax的话,出错乱码就比较烦了,有些根本就莫明其妙。

这样的解决办法只能解决偶数个汉字乱码问题.如:"中国人民"可以正常转码,但"中国人",转码后则变成"中国口".故推荐一套100%解决方案:

每次都手动转:String str=new String(request.getParameter("str").getBytes("ISO-8859-1"),"GB2312")


写一个字符转换的函数,例如:
