Project Manager

Skills/Education/Experience技能/教育背景/工作经验:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer or Business related field or corresponding practical experience;
2. 5+ years of Business Analyst experience;
3. Background in international or direct selling business is a plus;
4. Some knowledge of manufacturing, distribution or financials is a plus;
5. Familiarity with Web Interface Design and MS/ORACLE development tools;
6. Basic database querying skills in T-SQL and possibly PL/SQL;
7. Demonstrated high proficiency with MS Office tools, Visio and drawing software;
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English;
9. Ability to communicate effectively with Managers and staff in an International environment;
10. Strong demonstrated ability to extract requirements from users who may not understand a systems development life cycle;
11. Strong demonstrated ability to document and communicate business requirements to technical staff;
12. Good understanding of SDLC principles and SDLC methodology;
13. Ability to coordinate projects with staff in working in different time zones;
14. Strong analytical skills and good judgment;
15. Strong conflict resolution skills;
16. Proven ability to bring complex projects to timely and effective completion;
