As this is a job need to support data loading/list extraction/database maintainance works, and need to be done mostly in Access and excel advance, so, to the candidates, having MS Access and Excel competence is prefered.

Key responsibilities:



· To support APJ CRM team and local countries to increase data quality and quantity from all possible channels.

· To support in driving data quality initiative.

· To be able to work with IT/Vendor on data execution process.

· To be able to spot on abnormal data issues and escalate to CRM DB Infrastructure Lead.

· Provide operational data management report on regular basis.

· To assist in email database growth for APJ Consumer market.

· To work with Database Management to ensure all data are compliance with campaign requirement.

To be able to use effective and efficiency tool to process data operation in good data quality context.
· To be able to random check before uploading/downloading data from systems(eyeballing needed if necessary)
