双相机立体定位系统的标定
摘要:通过两部相机在不同方位的采像来确定物体上某些特征点的位置即双相机立体定位,关键在于如何精确地确定两部相机的空间相对位置,即如何对立体定位系统进行标定。在平面式标定板上画有参考圆,以参考圆的圆心作为参考点来提高测量精度,再根据各参考点之间的位置关系来确定系统的各个参数,可以很好的完成系统标定。首先证明了参考圆在合适条件下经过相机镜头所成的像是椭圆,通过椭圆的中心求出参考圆的中心,就得到了各个参考点的位置;然后通过各个参考点分别在两个相机坐标系中的位置来确定相机之间位置关系参数,就完成了系统的标定。该方法简单易操作,可以满足一般性应用的精度要求,有很高的实用价值。

Dual-camera dimensional position system calibration
Abstract: System calibration is the key process in dimensional position locating system based on dual-camera. Several reference circles were drawn on planar calibration rig, and the centers of circles in the rig were taken as reference points to increase the measurement precision. Then the system parameters were gain from solving non-linear equation. First, the figure which the circle projecting on the CCD plane by the camera led is proved as an ellipse, and find out the reference point coordinate by calculate the canters of ellipses. Then the system parameters were gained from calculating the formulas in two pictures. This method is simple and easy to operate, and it suffices general application, also it has well practicality.
