关于java调用第三方接口的问题

谁做过类似于短信平台的项目，我现在做的项目中有一个模块设计到短信互动，我们已经向移动开通了第三方接口，我现在的问题是如何把我获取的参数用post方法提交到移动给我们的url上，大家做过类似项目的给我发点源码上来，我参考下，谢谢，越详细越好

401 Unauthorized 客户试图未经授权访问受密码保护的页面。应答中会包含一个WWW-Authenticate头，浏览器据此显示用户名字/密码对话框，然后在填写合适的Authorization头后再次发出请求。
