现在一知名公司，诚招下面职位 数名
DW BI Engineer:
Key Skill set :( should have knowledge on at least one of the following skills)
1. Hyperion
2. Informatica
3. Cognos
4. Actuate
5. Abinitio
6. SAS
7. MicroStrategy
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for delivery of assigned work, under a module lead or team lead supervision.
DW BI Leader:
Key Skill set :( should have knowledge on at least one of the following skills)
1. Hyperion
2. Informatica
3. Cognos
4. Actuate
5. Abinitio
6. SAS
7. MicroStrategy
Requirement:
Demonstrates the ability to analyze a problem and complete detailed reports.
Works well in a team environment and alone.
Has ability to adapt to the changing needs of a project.
Has ability to meet deadlines.
Have strong English communication skills, both in writing and orally.
Has 5-8 years work experience in DWBI relevant work
Has at least 2 years work experience in management
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for delivery of assigned module/ components /phases of a project.
Responsible for people Management, including goal setting and providing performance feedback
Responsible for Status reporting
Responsible for guiding the development team.
Responsible for estimation, planning and execution – with specific focus on requirement analysis and design
Responsible for Knowledge transfer and arriving at SLAs for steady state
Technical problem solving skills
Key required skills are
1.Should have worked on a BI project end-to-end using MicroStrategy as the BI tool.
2.Good understanding of the entire Micro strategy product suite
3. Has experience of leading team comprising of 3-4 developers.
4.Services include: product installation and implementation, enhancement, integration or audit to meet customer business requirements.
5.Actively contribute to knowledge capital via project documentation.
6.Knowledge in ETL design and implementation.
